Hello! I am a deeply compassionate and pragmatic therapist, supervisor and consultant. My collaborative approach balances processing emotions and building new coping strategies that help you make changes in your life. With 20+ years of of clinical and consultation experience, I understand awareness is not enough. I am passionate about helping folks understand themselves and connect to a deeper understanding that connects mind and body.
I work with adults, couples, families, and groups on a wide variety of issues related to developmental trauma, relational struggles, and anxiety and depression. Fear, shame and self-loathing that accompanies these issues can be crippling. I work to help you process your emotions and to engage in healthier strategies. With each client I tailor pragmatic, emotional, and body-based interventions to help you learn how to process difficult feelings and create new coping strategies so that your desired changes come true! I help folks connect mind and body; which I believe creates real, sustainable change. Starting therapy can be daunting, anxiety provoking, and/or exciting. I will meet you wherever you are and look forward to working with you!

I provide values-focused, trauma-informed therapy to adults and partners seeking to deepen their relationships, expand possibilities, and improve their sense of agency over their lives. I support people in identifying the many ways that language, environment, and culture shape self-perception, and seek to help them locate their personal stories within a larger context. My approach is friendly and collaborative. With expertise in both Narrative and Relational Gestalt theory, I integrate a postmodern theoretical perspective with principles of harm reduction, mindfulness, and behavioral and somatic experiments
I value creativity, interdependence, and humor. In therapy and in life, I am committed to working for equity and dignity for all people. Therapy is an investment in a unique type of relationship that, in success, can bring personal growth and transformation. I strive to co-create an approachable, authentic space with you that allows for openness and honesty.
I believe in the strong connections between mind, body, community, and soul. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective. My particular areas of interest include couples and relationships, anxiety, ADHD, trauma work, and working with creative professionals.
